Each crossing is worth +1 and your best streak is saved. You have 3 lives; a crash, a drowning, or being swept off a log each costs one life. At zero lives the game ends — tap or press an arrow key to restart.
Wait at the edge of a lane for a clear gap rather than rushing into traffic. On the river, hop onto a log as it enters the screen so you get the longest ride, and jump off before it carries you off the edge. Never sit still on the water — you must always be on a log.
Why do I drown when I jump in the river?
The frog can't swim. In the river section you must land on floating logs and ride them — only the road section lets you stand on open ground.
Do the cars ever speed up?
Yes. Each level you clear makes traffic faster and denser and the logs scarcer, so runs get progressively tenser the further you go.
